Ask a shop owner how much profit they made yesterday and most will guess. The answer exists. It is sitting in the POS, behind a login, three menus deep. But the owner is at the counter, at the market buying stock, or at home. They are not at the computer.
So we built VibePOS around a simple idea: the shop should report to the owner, not the other way round.
The report comes to you
Every evening, VibePOS sends the owner a short WhatsApp message:
Today's Sales: Rs. 186,400 · Estimated Profit: Rs. 28,600 · Total Orders: 127 · Low Stock Products: 6
The same report can go out daily, weekly or monthly. The owner does not need to open anything. The numbers land in the app they already check a hundred times a day.
Then you can ask questions
A report tells you what happened. The next question is usually why, or what now. VibePOS includes an AI assistant that reads the business database and answers in plain words on WhatsApp:
- "How much did we sell today?"
- "What was our profit this week?"
- "Which products should I restock?"
- "What are my top 10 products this month?"
- "How much did we spend on expenses yesterday?"
Profit only means something if expenses are in it
A sales total is not profit. That is why VibePOS records daily expenses next to sales: electricity, salaries, shop rent, transport, repairs, supplier payments and fuel. Sales, cost of goods, purchases and expenses become a daily, weekly and monthly profit figure the owner can trust.
Stock that warns you before it runs out
Instead of checking every shelf, VibePOS flags products that are running low, in the system or on WhatsApp:
Pharmacies also get batch and expiry tracking. Restaurants get recipes that deduct ingredients from stock with every sale.
What this changes
Owners stop guessing. Restocking happens before the shelf is empty, not after a customer leaves. And the POS stops being a billing machine and becomes the thing that keeps the owner informed.
